Approvers go on vacation and need to have the ability to delegate approval to another person while they are away
Please add an approval delegation screen so that approvals can be designated to another resource.
The screen would need the ability to designate different approvals to resources based on function. For Example, budget approvals need to be designated to one resource. Expense approvals need delegated to a different resource. Timesheet approvals a different resource, etc.
The user also needs to designate the timeframe for the delegation. Once the timeframe is expired then the approval needs to revert back to the original approval.
Other systems still allow the person on vacation to approve even during the delegation period but the delegation is an ADD to the approver ability.
