Customers frequently have a combination of rates that they want to accumulate into one billing rate (ie they have direct rate plus OH rate plus Fringe rate). They may want to roll these rates up to one line on the invoice as a billing value. However the combination of those rates is very precise and often requires a rate that extends 3-4 fields to the right of the decimal to accommodate the full percentage
Currently there are only 2 decimals available for prices on the labor and expenses. These rates should round to dollars (2 decimals) when multiplied by the quantity.
The additional decimals should be visible in invoice suggestions and sales invoice to properly accommodate the rate throughout the system
