Currently, the last approver user ID, approved date, and approved time are stored on the timesheet entry lines. It would also be beneficial to know who created the lines and when those were created for troubleshooting and audit purposes. It would also be beneficial to know what method they were created and approved by (for instance, web or mobile app). Dynamics SL used to record this information and it was very helpful in the process of tracking down problems.
I realize there is an ability to do change logs, but that can be intensive on time entry and cause table locking.
The data is available in the config files exports. It would be great to have this for both time and expense lines.
