Customers will need to buy inventory and keep at their location and want to account for it as inventory. However, it needs to be designated to a project so it is not sold or consumed on another project or via a sales order. We need to have the ability to link inventory to a project via a purchase order, purchase invoice, project journal or expense report and not pull it out of inventory. They need the ability to transfer this inventory to another project or issue the inventory to the project. When it is issued to the project it should remove from inventory, update COGS in GL and create a project usage entry to the project
