There are too many processes that are not linked together and this causes double entry.

We have budgets. But Budgets do not link to anything. So the user must also enter a PO or a Sales Order to purchase the things they need for the project

So if they could Create a work order. Then the work order create the budget and Sales Order or Purchase Order lines to facilitate the purchasing of all the items to build the product
