Clients have projects that are percent complete billing or AIA billing that are fixed price but are not a scheduled billing. So it would be good to be able to enter a revenue budget without linking it to a usage. It would be the equivalent of having the ability to enter a payment budget without using the scheduled billings screen

Ease of use. Currently the only option would be to enter a budget for resource, item or expense with zero cost and a price. But that would likely mean you need to use a price of $1 and enter a large number of Qty for equivalent to the price. |
If we could choose PAYMENT in the budget matrix or budget journal that would be fantastic
