When moving labor entries, the cost likely would not need updated in many scenarios. But if moving to a different project with different prices, then we would want the price updated. If a resource cost was changed during this time it would update both cost and price, which would not be what we want. The option to choose to either cost or price updates would resolve this problem.

Please also add the ability to change the Work Type Code when doing a Move Entries.
