Add the possibility to add resources and/or resource groups more then once in the permissions setup, i.e. if some users should have access to budgeting for all tasks but only timesheet for a few tasks.

Together with this, a change of the Task Code field in permissions to Task Filter would be very helpful to not create unnecessarily complex/long Permission set ups.
