Billing transaction processing
- There does not appear to be a viable way to append billing for Cost Plus type contracts.
- For cost plus contracts, we need to be able to look at a billing transaction and apply business logic that will calculate things like Overhead, G & A, Fringe. The Government will allow a contractor to bill for a portion of these types of transactions.
- In addition, the government will allow you to bill them a fee on top of the billable portion of the above transactions.
