Provide a dropdown field to categorize a comment when it is created on project pages, tasks, or other areas of the product. Or at the very least, record the module it came from and make that viewable.
Can this be categorized or is it based only with what BC offers?
The need for viewing comments all at once on a page and/or report might also be necessary.

Business Impact
If making a lot of comments, it can be difficult to sort through them all. It would also increase the usage of comments. Making it easier to create and view comments would help keep project teams aware of what's going on. |
