Enter a Milestone with a task associated to it.

Also enter a scheduled billings line(s) with the same task.

When the Milestone is mark as 'completed' then automatically generate the payment for the scheduled billings line.

    Also add ability to have the milestone automatically "complete" based on the some factors (i.e., 100% of budget completed).
