Add a 'Select All' and 'Unselect All' check Box in the invoice suggestions screen.

Ideally the grid would contain a filter that allows the user to select a subset of data. Examples, all payments, all expenses, filter on specific resource, filter on a specific expense type, filter on a specific project, etc. Then once the records are selected the user can click a button to either select all or unselect oall of the records in the current filter
