We work with a large project. Budget process is an important process and is revised every quarter.
When the project initially was setup a “Original budget” was created. I match my active budget (approved) as well as my Working budget (where I make changes) to the Original budget.
I need in the Budget Matrix to be able to see:
Original budget
Active budget
Working/ filtered budget for the matrix
All three at the same time, to have the possibility to evaluate and compare the figures.
