Currently on T&E projects there is no way to have an invoice generate on a scheduled basis. 

In SL, the term is flexible billings- this allows you to set a billing frequency on the project (W, BW, M, Q, Y) 

Once the process grabs the project to generate the invoice it is then automatically created with the automatic invoice creation feature. Currently in PGS, there is no way to decipher projects that need to be billed on a schedule without going into each project or keeping track outside of the system.
