At the moment these need to be searched for and added one at a time. This is time consuming. You can select multiple lines for adding to the budget journal but only one item will come through. It would be beneficial to allow you to select multiple items and bring them all in at once to the Project Budget Journal. You could then adjust quantities etc. It is time consuming to keep keying in the same search term each time.
