Each time you enter the Timesheet Approval window, you must reset the View By, View As, Group By, and Project Manager fields even though they are almost always the same for a given time approver. If the user could save their preferences in some way (on their user settings perhaps), this would go a long way to enhancing the product's usability and user satisfaction.
