If a task code on a project has Block Time/Expense turned on, then that task should not appear when a user selects that project in order to enter time.

Business Impact
Currently, a user is able to select a "blocked" task to enter time, but receives a confusing error message when they try to save the entry. Removing the blocked task from the look-up would eliminate the need for the error message and reduce user confusion and frustration. |
