Not all projects should require approval by project managers. However the project manager approval is defined by person, not project. It would be nice to have a box to allow the turn off of approvals by project that takes precedence over the timesheet configuration setup

Yes, having the option to time and expense approvals for line items on a project by project basis would be nice instead of having to enable it for all projects.
