When setting up subscriptions, request the ability to associate to an hour bank.

Business Impact
There are times a subscription will have a pre-pay incentive for a lower rate. Hour bank is for resources only currently. Allowing hour bank to be used for the pre-payment would allow the subscription invoice to process and increment out the hour bank for the term of the incentive pre-pay time frame. |
