Project Manager Permissions

Project manager should not be able to see/edit resource card. Project manager should not be able to see prior time cards for resources. Project manager should not be able to enter time for resources unless setup as impersonator.

Show expense date on printed expense report rather than expense posting date

If there is enough room on report possibly show both dates. Most resources reviewing expense report will want to see the date the expense occurred

Add option to send summary emails

Add the option for emails to be sent as a summary (daily and weekly). This would be especially helpful for PMs to receive ONE email a day saying these people have submitted their time/expense today instead of receiving 50 separate emails that day....

Mobile Expense app - view expense cost on summary page as was entered on the detail entry form

When the user enters an expense in the mobile app they enter the expense cost on the detail lines. When they view the expense on the summary page prior to submitting, they see the expense price not the cost they entered.

Timesheet Corrections (Hourly Employees)

Ability to correct only specific lines on a timesheet without the timesheet correcting all the lines. This is for hourly scenario only. Salary would require the reversal of all timesheet lines to properly dilute updated salary

Create assignable tasks on project task lines

Would like to see the ability to assign work tasks to resources with due dates to complete. Have the entries from these work tasks fill in the timesheet lines. Add a work queue so each resource could see what they have to do and when it needs done...
