Integrate with ExpandIT

We need the ability to interate with ExpandIT. Currently, they have a direct push/pull to base jobs, but more opportunities are coming in where they want to use both PGS and ExpandIT.

Make "Show Column Name" persistent on timesheets

Many users always toggle the Show Column Name option on timesheets during time entry. If this remembered their last selection and defaulted the toggle to that upon opening up new timesheets, that would be beneficial.
