Add more fields to track on Main project such as project manager, person responsible, dimensions and status

Main Projects do not have enough necessary fields for reporting and organization. It would be extremely helpful for Main Projects to have fields for Project Manager, Person in Charge, Dimensions, and Status

Access of Time and expense approval via Mobile Appp

Time & Expense Approval is not showing within the mobile app. However, when you log into the app, it notifies you that you have approvals waiting and will let you go into the screen.

Mobile commens and attachments are not easily accesible in Mobile Time\Expense Entry and Approval

Sales task added at the tax level based on taxable/non taxable and jurisdiction

The ability to select if a task is taxable and non taxable. If the task is taxable, then the ability to add a jurisdiction to the task. Some tasks may be in a different city/county and require a different tax amount.

Ability to view open invoice suggestions in its own screen so that the entire screen is available for viewing of the open items

The current invoice suggestion screens has too many things on it and the area to review and modify open invoice lines is too small and not easy to work with

Companies that do repairs HVAC of Services might require inventory that gets added to the project which may or not be added to the invoice.

Windows and Web client should have OT totals in fact boxes
