Fix Split time error

When you have time set up as split time, it puts a duplicate day in the timecards if the time card doesn't start on the normal week starting date.  You then get errors if you log time in that day on both time cards.  An example is we start our weeks on Sunday.  If you start the cards on 1/1 (Tuesday), it creates a time card for 1/1-1/6 instead of through 1/5.  The second time card is then created for 1/6-1/12. 1/6 appears on both time cards.  The 3rd timecard then gets the dates correct.  This is confusing to a user and may cause errors if they log time to the same date twice.
