Budget Matrix and Budget Matrix with Capacity need the ability to define a start date filter

Currently the Budget Matrix with capacity defaults to the starting date of the project every time you open the screen. This requires the user to use the next column/next set buttons to advance to a current date

The capacity filter has a start date but the budget area does not. This makes this screen very difficult to use if a project spans many years

Business Impact

Customers will have projects that span many years. This is a lot of clicks to advance the screen by multiple years if you are viewing by the 'day'.
