The fields in the project wizard should default based on the project template 'Resource Invoice type', 'Expense Invoice Type', 'Item Invoice Type'.

What is the Resource Invoice type of the Project? (from the Project Template 'Resource Invoice Type')
What is the Expense Invoice type of the Project? (from the Project Template 'Expense Invoice Type')
What is the Item Invoice type of the Project? (from the Project Template 'Item Invoice Type')
'Use Task' will need to be added to the project template choses for Item Invoice Type, Expense Invoice Type and Resource Invoice Type
The title of this should say 'Use Template' not 'Use Task'
