Have the ability to define salary by effective date.
Salary will not calculate correctly for prior periods if timesheets are corrected or entered to a previous timesheet period if there is no salary effective date that can be setup

This has been added to Progressus as the Salary has moved from the Resource Card to the Resource Cost Page which allows date entry.
