Modify the Insurance Lines portion of subcontracts to be more flexible for organizations that need to track other requirements. If it were generic enough, other things such as safety and training requirements, state or federal security certifications, and other items. I don't think any additional fields/columns need to be added, just possibly change the references to Insurance to "Subcontractor Requirements & Insurance" and modify the column names. Amount may not apply in every instance, but it can also be left at 0.00. Much like insurance, some of these items would need payments blocked or warned if expired.
