We need the ability to add items and expenses to the Sales price template. Currently you can only set predefined templates for resource and resource group. We need to ability to also add customer or template prices levels to the items and expenses and resources all in one place.

Microsoft has recently added enhanced pricing that is available for item pricing and works with Advanced Projects.
Advanced projects still use the Advanced Project Resource prices and Expense prices setup for pricing.
