To be able to get a header line with date information for the interval of the dates of the entries being invoiced you must today enter this information manually.
A feature to include something like a line showing: Invoice period dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy would be a great feature.

Yes!! This is very much needed. I have serveral customers (who recieve our invoices) that have asked for this information.
