Frequently customers add the Project ID as a dimension. If the project ID is a required dimension, then it is important for the dimension be updated if the project is changed on an expense line. This change to default to the new dimension can be automatic or we can prompt for update. If the dimension is not changed, this causes issues when attempting to post the expense line because the dimension on the line is inconsistent with the project.
