The reopen should create a purchase credit memo to back out the original purchase invoice.

They have a mileage task- they dont want it to be visible on the timesheet. They have a labor task- they do not want it visible on the expense sheet.

You cannot personalize the expense sheet archive list to show additional fields. It is currently limited to Expense Sheet No, Resource, and Status. It would be helpful to also see the Expense Sheet Date, Resource Name, and Total Amount.

When the user enters an expense in the mobile app they enter the expense cost on the detail lines. When they view the expense on the summary page prior to submitting, they see the expense price not the cost they entered.

If there is enough room on report possibly show both dates. Most resources reviewing expense report will want to see the date the expense occurred
