Currently timesheet report is not available for the timesheet archive. The only way to print it is from a different menu option and therefore none of the timesheet information passes to the filter and user can see all timesheets. the only option currently is to reopen a posted timesheet

The report is available via menu Timesheet report | Timesheet Report. Then filter on the resource and start date.
Future conisderation is to add it to the Timesheet Archive page
