Copy Time Sheet includes hours from previous time sheet and should copy everything but the hours

Some companies may desire to copy the hours too but most companies will only want to copy everything on the line but the hours

    We received part of this as an extension and we would like to see it as a part of the product so we do not have to maintain the extension.  We also had the programming to continue copying the timesheet even if a project or task is closed added.  That would be beneficial for other users, I think.
