Have the ability to generate job planning lines from a Budget in Progressus

There are a lot of features related to inventory planning that are not available to projects because Job planning lines are not created.

WIP calculation based on entire schedule billing and not based on dates

When we run fixed price WIP calculations and its based on schedule billing for revenue. Total of those schedule billing should be considered all time as total contract value and not based on budget dates on each item at the time of running WIP.
