Going through the project list requires extra clicks if you are budgeting many projects. It would be helpful if there was a budget matrix and/or Budget Matrix with Capacity that you can launch and then choose the project you want to budget for.

This would definitely allow for the updating of budgets in a much quicker fashion. Would allow for more efficiency.
